Outside these ours, or indeed even inside these hours you can either raise a ticket via your account or send an email to support@pennywise-hosting.com. If you can’t find the answer, no problem. Let us know what you are trying to find out. You can send an email or log in to your account and raise a ticket. Don’t have an account. No problem. Simply go here and create an account it’s easy and Free. You are not committed to anything by opening an online account. No Phone Support. Not any more, sorry. We try and keep the cost down of the office infrastructure, which in turn allows us to pass on the savings to you. We know that there are other hosting companies out there that do have 24x7 telephone support, but they charge a premium rate. We offer cheap hosting to get you started, and hopefully you will stay, but because we are cheap does not mean our platform is second best. It is a highly available, robust platform, sometimes out performing other platforms. Cheap hosting doesn't have to be cheap and nasty or low quality. With us, our pricing is affordable but service, reliability and support is much better than other hosting companies 4x more expensive than us!
